SalesProduct sales All purchases of CDs, DVDs, books, software, or other products sold and shipped through CDeMusic, or any of EMF's distribution programs, are considered final, with the exceptions of defective or damaged goods or products that have been shipped in error. All downloaded purchases, including software, are final. Returns Please contact us at support@cdemusic.org for any of the product issues described in the following paragraphs. If we made any errors in your order, if you tell us within 30 days of the shipping date or date of package delivery, and if we can verify our errors, we'll provide you with an exchange or credit. If you believe that a product is defective, if you report the issue to us within 30 days, and if we agree that it is defective, we will offer either an exchange or credit. If you receive a damaged package, please file a claim directly with the carrier that delivered the package. Product sales to resellers There is a 15% restocking fee for returns on all CDs, DVDs, books, videos, and other printed materials, applicable only to dealers, resellers, stores, wholesale vendors, distributors, or any other business that is purchasing any quantity for resale.
