In this DVD, USO Project (Matteo Milani and Federico Placidi, sound artists) and Selfish (Giovanni Antignano, video and media artist) create an urban symphony in soft and stunning images and sounds that seem to float in the air as they become revealed.
The symphony is in three movements: In 'Girl Running', the idea is to expand upon the simple concept of presence, sensing as if running through the realities of buildings and shapes and the sounds that flow from them. In 'Invisible Words', most of the audio sources come from typing on an old Olivetti typewriter, processed as if in a micro-montage, sometimes suggesting invisible speech, almost onomatopea, as a painful but suggestive action. '...from the Past ...out of the Future...' is an evocative image and sound fantasy.
