Robert Ceely

Robert Ceely is a composer of electronic and instrumental music, and an educator. He has been a student of Darius Milhaud, Leon Kirchner, Roger Sessions and Milton Babbitt .
Ceely composed electronic music in Milano as a guest of the Italian Government, at MIT as a student of Music 11, and in BEEP, his own Synclavier-based studio. He founded and directed the New England Conservatory's Electronic Music Studio from l975 until his retirement in l997.
