A compilation of Jon Appleton's early and mid-career electronic music that documents the exploratory nature of his musical thought. The compositions include 'Infantasy' (1965), composed at the Columbia-Princeton Electronic Music Center; 'Boghosian's Piece' (1969), 'Homenaje a Milanes' (1987), and 'Scene Unobserved' (1970), composed at the Bregman Electronic Music Studio at Dartmouth College; 'Otahiti' (1972), composed at the studios of the Groupe de Musique Experimentale de Bourges, France; 'The Bremen Town Musicians' (1974), composed at NHK Radio, Tokyo; 'Nyckelharpen Variations' (1968), composed at the Klangverkstaden, Elektronmusikstudion, Stockholm, Sweden; and 'Dr. Quisling in Stockhom' (1971), composed at Sveriges Radio, Stockholm.
